Welcome to BJJ Essentials

This is an expertly crafted program with ONE big goal – take you from zero to blue belt in a straight line, while keeping the training safe, comfortable, and – dare we say – fun! 

In order to get the most from this experience, let me outline some key first steps.  Please read through them completely and follow the map.  (If you don’t stick to the recipe, we can’t guarantee what the cake will taste like!) 


1) Attend your First Group Training Session

Group Training is 2x weekly for 60 minutes:  Monday 6:30 – 7:30 and Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30.  

We meet in the upstairs Martial Arts room at Adaptive Movement Parkour, 60 Peter Court, New Britain, CT 06051.

2) Get to know this training dashboard

Check out the menu items on the left (or above, if you’re on a smaller device like a tablet or phone) – feel free to browse around and get used to what’s available to you here. This is the cornerstone of your online learning portal!
