Additional Information

Introduction to Parkour

This 90 minute class on Parkour (the French "Art of Movement") is open to the public and will discuss what Parkour is and isn’t, training methods for safe, long lasting practice, and why learning Parkour can benefit you in your every day life.  However, no one comes to a martial arts school for a lecture, so the main focus will be putting Parkour training into action.  This class will focus on teaching proper form in fundamental Parkour movements, and eventually put them together in a flow so that you may experience what Parkour is really about.  Expect some jumping, crawling, climbing, vaulting and balancing.  This class is open to everyone, from those looking for a fun way to get in shape, to those who already workout and want to learn new ways to apply their athleticism.  Come on down and bring a friend.  Who knows, you might get hooked!
